My process started with SHL-based online assessments on a platform, then moved into a pre-recorded interview where each question had a one-minute answer limit.

After that, I went into a group assessment that lasted about an hour and a half.

The group assessment and a personal interview happened on the same day, so it felt like back-to-back evaluation rather than separate scheduling. The personal interview was behavioral and focused on personal experiences. Overall, the recruitment process took just over two months from start to finish, which felt like a reasonable timeline—long enough to be thorough, but not so slow that I lost track of momentum.
