My early stage was pretty recruiter-led and administrative, but organized.

I had an HR connect where they gathered details about my background and experience, checked what was on my resume, and then scheduled my first virtual round.

The first round itself was slotted for about thirty minutes, essentially making it a quick screening conversation. The process didn’t feel overly complex, but it was mostly about verifying fit and moving me along. I didn’t get an offer, yet the recruiter stage itself was clear about logistics and scheduling.
