My interview journey felt smooth and fairly compressed once it got moving.

It started with a phone screen with either a hiring manager or an internal recruiter, and then I got pulled into a coding test / technical screen with another developer. That part was live, and it was paired with a final onsite step that was half a day long and included Zoom video calls.

The onsite experience was the longest stretch: I remember it being roughly four hours on the virtual side, after first talking with a manager. The recruiter got back to me quickly, and it felt like the team worked around a short deadline to keep things moving. Overall the atmosphere was professional.
