New DelhiPosted Aug 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My hiring process began with an HR recruiter who seemed genuinely enthusiastic about moving things forward.

I was scheduled for a Skype interview, but the company joined late due to a technical issue on their side, and then they became impatient about even a few minutes of delay from my side.

After that, the process effectively stopped with no further communication from their end. It was a frustrating experience because the interview didn’t fail due to content—it just ended abruptly, leaving me with nothing to follow up on.
