Lancaster, PAPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The first thing that stood out was how messy scheduling became.

They rescheduled my interview twice—once to go over a previous interview and another time because the interviewer lost track of time. It was frustrating because it made it feel like there wasn’t tight coordination.

There was also an odd mismatch: they didn’t seem to realize I was still in college, even though my resume indicated it clearly. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and slightly careless, which undercut any sense that the process was well run.
