The process for me started with an online assessment where I added multiple features and functionality to an existing Express.js app.

After that, I moved into an onsite where the flow combined technical and behavioral conversations.

At the onsite, I had a behavioral interview with an engineer and then a technical interview with another engineer. The whole day ended with a chat with the recruiter, and there was also a tour of the office included as part of the close.

Overall it was a decent, conventional structure, but the last interviewer I met was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. That final impression stayed with me more than anything about the earlier rounds, and I didn’t end up receiving an offer.
