My first contact was an HR call that focused on my background plus why I wanted the company and the specific position.

After that, I had a hiring manager call that covered my background and included a few technical questions based on what was on my resume.

The next step was a collaborative coding session. At the time I was still waiting on results, and the process felt like it was designed to see how I worked in a team-like setting while still checking technical grounding.

No offer came out of it for me. What I remember most was the mix of conversation and hands-on problem work—less of a purely formal assessment and more of an interactive session.
