I experienced one of the more uncomfortable Ericsson technical loops, where the questioning felt relentless from the start.

Short recruiter/interests call — I spoke for about 20 minutes about what I was interested in and my background.
In-person technical interview (senior developers) — I was in a single long session where I felt like I was being interrogated with nonstop technical questions for nearly an hour. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway is that even if the technical bar is fair, an overly high-pressure style can derail the experience.
