I hit a notably tough Ericsson interview path where the technical rounds were deep and sometimes felt intentionally challenging, even when the role was described as entry-level.

Screening — A standard recruiter/screener step followed by behavioral questions with the hiring manager.
Technical round 1 (panel of engineers) — A multi-interviewer session with resume-based discussion and at least one algorithmic coding problem, alongside heavy hardware/embedded systems questioning.
Technical round 2 (senior engineer / advanced scope) — Another long technical conversation that went into advanced embedded/hardware areas; I was told the questions could be unfairly hard and that the interviewer was probing topics they were confident I would know.
