I found the interview process smooth in structure, but I ran into serious communication issues from HR that affected the overall experience.

Interviews (multiple colloquia) — a set of HR-driven interviews that felt easy to follow and could result in hiring quickly if things clicked.
HR follow-up / scheduling gaps — despite good interview performance, HR communications sometimes stalled or went unanswered; I was sometimes told I was selected after I’d already moved on. Outcome: I didn’t receive a reliable offer; the takeaway was that timing and responsiveness from HR were the biggest downside.
