Recruiting felt unusually smooth for me.

After I applied, I noticed the communication was consistently on time, and the updates were clear and professional rather than vague. I never felt like I was being left in the dark.

Across each stage, I was kept informed about what was happening and what to expect next, and the tone made me feel respected. Overall, the experience was encouraging from start to finish, and I left the process feeling like they actually cared about how the communication landed.
