I had a fairly broad Python-leaning technical interview for Software Engineering, covering both coding basics and topics like concurrency and complexity, and it felt average overall.

Technical coding round — basics in Python programming with coding questions covering common data structures and handling errors.
Concept deep-dives — I was asked about generators, comprehensions, recursion, stacks/queues, and time complexity for sort/search.
Systems-adjacent concepts — I discussed locks and memory management along with a number-pattern style recursion/problem-solving question. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the interviews tested a wide range of fundamentals rather than a single narrow skill.
