I went through a campus-style interview with two interviewers, and it was basically a behavior-focused conversation.

They asked me why I wanted to work for them, and then I had to walk through specific examples, including a time I overcame a challenge and a time when working in a team didn’t go well.

Even though it was straightforward in structure, it wasn’t shallow—each question pushed me to explain what happened and how I responded. The overall feel was relatively easy to handle, and I could tell they were looking for clear storytelling and practical reflection rather than technical depth.
