Sunnyvale, CAPosted Sep 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interviews felt oddly mismatched.

The questions were pretty easy, but they didn’t really connect to the role I was applying for. I also didn’t get the sense they were paying attention to how I worked with other people or what I could contribute to the team and the company.

The overall experience didn’t give me much clarity on what they actually wanted, and it left me with the feeling that the conversation was more surface-level than role-specific. I ended without an offer, and I was left frustrated that the process didn’t seem to evaluate the things that mattered most to me.
