Epsilon Business Analyst interview experience

I went into what was described as a technical panel, but it didn’t seem like the interviewers had really reviewed my profile or my work experience. Instead of targeted questions, they asked things that didn’t connect well to my background.

On top of that, the experience lacked basic structure and professionalism. There was no introduction so I wasn’t sure who I was speaking with, even though multiple interviewers sat in the room—yet only one person actually asked questions while the others mainly stared. The whole interaction felt oddly cold and inattentive, more like a box-checking exercise
