Epsilon Software Engineer interview experience

The technical round mostly focused on ER diagrams, and instead of a broader discussion of my resume and skills, the interviewer spent a lot of time on changing ER diagrams and asking follow-up questions off those tweaks.

Because it was so centered on ER diagrams, it felt a bit one-dimensional, and other areas I expected to be explored—like coding and problem-solving strengths—didn’t get as much attention.

I didn’t receive an offer. My reflection was that the process could’ve been more balanced; the focus was clear, but it didn’t match the full range of what my background could cover.
