Epsilon Software Engineer interview experience

I was then asked to go through a 2.5-hour interview with a bunch of different people for an internship.

That longer segment felt hostile and not welcoming from the software development team. They weren’t engaging in conversation, and the atmosphere was described as discriminatory, with a clear bias in who they treated better.

I didn’t receive an offer. The overall reflection was that despite the initial positive recruiter conversation, the later experience raised serious concerns about fairness and inclusion.
