BengaluruPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I completed all four rounds of interviews, and late in the process they told me they couldn’t match my salary expectations.

What made it feel particularly bad was that the issue hadn’t been raised earlier, even though I had already shared my expectations.

By the time the process ended, it felt like they were blaming timing after investing through every stage.

I didn’t receive an offer. My honest reflection was that the communication and process felt unfair, since the mismatch could’ve been clarified during screening instead of after completing everything.
