The interview leaned into object-oriented programming questions, and it also included questions about what direction I was interested in.

I felt the conversations were friendly, and overall the process was enjoyable.

The part that bothered me came after the rejection: I didn’t get a response afterward. It left a sour taste despite the fact that the interviewers themselves were nice and made the experience feel pleasant while it was happening.

I wasn’t offered the role. My reflection at the end was that the interview moment felt good, but the silence afterward made the overall experience feel incomplete.
