I started with a phone screening where they asked about my interest and whether I had questions about location and the role.

After that, the exams kicked off, followed by a virtual interview.

The final stage was an on-site interview. The overall difficulty felt difficult for me mainly because of the amount of steps and how test-heavy the early portion was before I ever got deeper into live interviews.

I didn’t receive an offer, and what stuck was how much time and uncertainty there was between the initial screen and the on-site stage.
