Verona, WIPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first contact was a phone interview with a developer that functioned like a standard role screen—confirming details, walking through requirements, and discussing my background.

After that, I moved into a skills assessment that was clearly broken into multiple parts: programming questions worked in a text editor rather than anything runnable, SAT-style math, and logic/reasoning questions.

The assessment also included the Rembrandt Profile, which asked things like how I prioritize and how I tended to describe myself. Once I finished, the next step was a final virtual interview featuring a case study. Over the whole process, it felt like they wanted to see both how I reasoned and how I approached problems under test conditions, not just whether I could immediately
