CanadaPosted Jun 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an average, multi-stage process that started with screening and progressed through coding, collaboration, and then deeper interviews over several steps.

Screening test — an initial screen to assess fit and role alignment.
Coding round — a dedicated coding stage after screening.
Group discussion — a collaborative discussion where candidates were evaluated.
One-hour technical interview — a follow-up technical discussion for candidates who cleared prior stages.
Behavioural interview (final stage) — a last behavioural round. Outcome: No offer, but I reached the later stages only if I cleared the earlier ones.
