I reached what felt like the early technical milestone, and then things stalled.

I was told that the first level of interview was complete, but the next round (L2) was put on hold because the interview panel wasn’t available.

After that, it turned into waiting for confirmation on whether and when the next round would be scheduled. That uncertainty was the dominant feeling—my technical path wasn’t going forward at that moment, just paused until the panel could join. I never got to proceed further, so no offer came out of it.
