I experienced a fairly standard but sometimes slow process where the technical content was broad—ranging from core Java/Spring topics to coding—and the interviewers stayed professional.

Recruiter/job discussion after screening — I started with a short conversation, then proceeded to role discussion.
Technical interviews (multiple stages) — I was tested with foundational concepts plus coding/design elements.
Core programming + practical topics — I answered questions around Java, SQL, Spring Boot/Spring MVC, plus patterns and threading concepts; I also had short design/problem-solving components.
Coding + fundamentals on web/security — I got a mix of topics like routing/authentication alongside a coding round that focused on fundamentals.
