Buenos AiresPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an easier-to-moderate EPAM campus-style flow that was short and fairly straightforward, combining a small technical test with HR and occasional elimination rounds.

Aptitude/English + coding — I completed a campus test covering aptitude/English plus coding.
Technical round — I solved two medium coding tasks and answered a few theory questions where my approach (e.g., graph/toposort-style thinking) was discussed.
HR round — I talked about extracurricular activities and fit.
Group discussion (sometimes included) — Depending on the hiring capacity, GD could be part of the sequence. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; my takeaway was that the process rewarded basic consistency and clear approach rather than extreme system depth.
