I went through an EPAM-style multi-round hiring loop that felt consistently technical from assessment to HR, with a mix of OOPs and database topics.

Online assessment (MCQs + coding) — timed aptitude/MCQs plus medium DSA-style coding, including Java-focused tasks.
Group discussion — a small-group discussion on a prompt, judged on communication while staying on-topic.
Technical interview — deeper questions around OOPs/Java concepts, plus DSA and SQL/database fundamentals; sometimes Python and project background came up.
HR / managerial-style discussion — mostly communication and role fit (and sometimes negotiation of work conditions), compared against company expectations.
Wrap-up — overall the rounds felt
