I went through a path that involved training/longer engagement and role progression, starting from a test and then moving into interviews and HR steps that ultimately led to advancement.

Campus/program entry test — I took a Java test with a small set of questions and got results quickly.
In-person/GD stage — After the initial results, I joined an in-person session that included group discussion.
Technical interview (medium-hard) — I did a follow-up technical interview that tested engineering fundamentals.
HR and internship context — I discussed the internship setup and expectations with HR.
Outcome (success in this track) — Through the internship period and the topics covered there, I was later converted to a full-time role.
