My first step was a pen-and-paper round, and after that there was a group discussion.

After those, the main steps included a technical interview, then an HR interview, and finally a managerial round.

The way they described what they were evaluating made an impression on me: they checked confidence and adaptability, not just whether I could recite answers. It felt like they wanted to see how I carried myself and how I responded to changing directions. I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure and expectations were clear enough that I could reflect on how I showed up throughout.
