My experience leaned heavily theoretical, and that shaped everything.

The questions I was asked were straightforward in content, but they seemed to place far more weight on theory than on whether I could execute practical test thinking correctly. I realized that even if I handled the technical side well, failing to land the theory questions meant I wouldn’t move forward.

I left feeling like the process was basically a filter for deep understanding of the role. It wasn’t about trick questions—it was about coverage. Honestly, it made the interview feel less forgiving, because the theory topics mattered more than demonstrating troubleshooting or testing execution.
