EPAM Systems Software Engineer interview experience

The whole conversation stayed practical and theoretical at the same time—questions started out straightforward and then gradually became a bit more technical and complicated.

Overall, it wasn’t described as a take-home or a long multi-stage chain during this step; it was just a clean, structured Q&A session over the call. The tone stayed professional, and even as the questions got harder, it didn’t feel chaotic—more like a steady progression in difficulty. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience was clear and well organized.
