The recruiter interview was basically about explaining things and setting expectations.

Then I had a technical interview with a manager located in another country.

What stood out was that there wasn’t anything like complicated LeetCode-style material—there was no heavy coding gauntlet. The impression was that if they felt I had the basics, they would move me forward to present me to the client. If the client was aligned and the pay was acceptable, they would proceed with hiring. I didn’t get an offer in the end, but the process itself sounded very fast and client-driven.
