EPAM Systems Software Engineer interview experience

The first was a pen-and-paper coding round with easy questions. After that, there was a group discussion, which also felt easy.

The final two rounds—technical and HR—were easy to medium in difficulty and focused on basics along with communication skills. The overall feeling was that they weren’t trying to trick me; they were checking whether I could communicate and handle fundamental concepts. I still didn’t receive an offer.
