AdelaidePosted Jun 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a senior Software Engineer role and the overall difficulty felt average-to-higher technically, but the experience was marred by major scheduling issues over roughly weeks.

HR round — an initial HR step before technical interviews.
Technical interview attempt #1 (canceled) — canceled due to the interviewer’s video setup problems.
Technical interview attempt #2 (no-show) — it was rescheduled, but no one joined at the scheduled time.
Technical interview attempt #3 — focused on Node.js, React, and AWS; the interviewer gave relevant, role-appropriate questions for a senior role.
Post-interview update — I received positive feedback and was told I’d move forward, then the role was put on hold for 4–6 weeks. Outcome: No offer and no
