EPAM Systems QA Automation Engineer interview experience

I was asked a simple coding question, then the conversation shifted to the project work: what I did on the project, how I contributed, and what difficulties I’d faced. The focus stayed on my real experience rather than anything abstract.

Overall it didn’t feel like a high-pressure grilling. The flow made it easy to speak clearly and connect my coding discussion back to how I actually worked on the project. When I finished, I felt like the interview reflected a practical view of the role.
