My process started with an initial phone screening with talent acquisition, focused on background and a basic knowledge check.

After that, I went into an in-depth technical interview designed to evaluate both technical expertise and problem-solving.

There wasn’t anything unusually complicated about the format, and it felt like a clean progression from fit to skills. After the technical stage, the next step was an offer details review and discussion. Overall it felt straightforward and structured, and the main pressure was clearly on the technical interview.
