My interview experience leaned toward assessing whether I had the ability to learn and catch up, not just whether I already had everything perfectly mastered.

The vibe was calm, and the interviewers seemed focused on understanding what I could bring that would be useful to their team—my skills, my talent, and how I’d grow into the work.

The questions themselves were mostly approachable and included basic programming and related HR-style topics. Instead of feeling like a pure test of difficulty for its own sake, it felt like they were trying to read my potential and how I’d respond under normal interview pressure.

Even though it wasn’t the most intense coding-heavy experience, I came away feeling it was a fair evaluation of fit and learning
