Envestnet Software Engineer interview experience

After an aptitude test, there were two rounds that followed, with the technical interview coming across as easy. The topics were very foundation-focused: recursion, OOP, and some basic SQL.

There were also logical puzzles in the mix, and overall the interview felt smooth and low-stress. The part that stuck with me was how little it felt like a high-pressure coding grind—more like a conversation around basics and quick reasoning.

When it ended, I didn’t feel battered by the process. It was simple and straightforward, and the structure stayed consistent and easygoing from start to finish.
