This process took a long stretch—about three months—which made it feel like a real, methodical evaluation rather than a quick screen.

The technical round was described as difficult, and in practice it lived up to that: it required real focus and some preparation to get through cleanly. Overall it aligned well with the role.

The HR portion didn’t leave me as impressed. The technical work carried most of the weight in how I experienced the process, and by the end I still felt the company ran things thoughtfully.

I ultimately received an offer. The reflection I kept was that the seriousness was real on the technical side, while the HR interaction felt comparatively lighter and didn’t match the care I saw elsewhere.
