Envestnet Software Engineer interview experience

I introduced myself, then we talked about an assignment I’d been given before the interview. There was also some casual small talk, and I remember feeling like I didn’t have to be on edge.

The HR interviewer came across as genuinely nice, and the whole vibe was comfortable rather than pressuring. Nothing about the conversation felt combative, and I didn’t sense any attempt to “test” me in a harsh way.

It ended without any drama, and by the time it was over, I felt okay about how I came across. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the experience itself felt calm and human.
