My journey started with online testing and then shifted into more interactive formats.

The first online test felt easy, and then the difficulty noticeably changed when I hit a group discussion. In that discussion, the moderator was strict, and the vibe was that they were looking for people who could open up and engage naturally rather than stay reserved.

After the GD, the selected candidates went to a technical interview, and then the process ended with an HR round. The overall feeling for the group discussion part was the most intense because the moderator’s demeanor affected the room, even though the topics themselves weren’t overly complicated.

I didn’t receive an offer.
