I ended up doing three interviews, and the last one really stood out because it was a role-play.

That round involved multiple questions where I had to respond as if I were in a real customer or work scenario.

What made it easier to follow was that they gave me a sheet with the structure and expectations for the role-play. I studied it ahead of time, and it ended up helping a lot with knowing what kind of responses they wanted.

Even though the round itself was interactive and required me to stay in character, it didn’t feel like a trick. I didn’t receive an offer, but I left feeling like I understood the format and how I was being evaluated.
