Denver, COPosted Aug 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process felt short on substance and long on silence.

I had a phone conversation that lasted about 30 minutes. It was straightforward, almost like a simple screening call—nothing particularly complex—and afterward I was told I’d hear back within a week.

When I didn’t, I followed up the next day and then again a week later. Each time, I got no response back. The whole experience left me with the uncomfortable feeling that I’d done my part, but they didn’t have much momentum afterward.
