Emergys Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

IndiaPosted Apr 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a short sequence: two technical rounds followed by a one-hour round, then an HR conversation.

The HR discussion didn’t feel especially technical—it was more about process and next steps. After that HR round, I was told that a senior HR person would follow up about the offer.

The follow-up never really happened. The senior HR said the junior HR would reach back, but the junior HR wasn’t answering calls and didn’t respond to email either. The whole situation left me disappointed because there was no clear closure after investing time into the rounds.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the hardest part wasn’t the technical work—it was the silence afterward. Waiting without a response
