I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Ellucian and went through a friendly, professional set of interviews focused on IT support context and my background.

Director + team interviews (in a network/IT context) — I spoke with the director for an overview of the college and how the IT support contract works, then with a network manager about team responsibilities, and finally with a senior engineer about her experience with the team.
Background and motivation — the conversation covered my background and why I wanted to leave my current position. Outcome: I wasn’t offered a role, but the process felt positive and well-matched to my customer-support work ethic.
