I went through a written testing flow that felt broken and unusually frustrating in the middle of an overall difficult process.

Online test (HackerEarth) — I took a HackerEarth assessment; the test cases were described as wrong/inaccurate and it was very hard to even interpret the questions.
Follow-up attempt — When I confronted the issue about incorrect cases, I wasn’t given a clear response back. Outcome: No offer; the experience left me feeling like the process itself was unreliable rather than a fair test of my skills.
