Reston, VAPosted Nov 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced an in-person day dominated by structured 1:1 conversations where they emphasized background and tech knowledge over live whiteboard problem solving.

Brief phone screen — I started with a short phone screen.
Onsite: multiple 30-minute 1:1s — I met hiring leadership and team members across four 30-minute interviews, with a mix of behavioral and technical questions.
Managerial / leadership round — After the technical conversations, I had a manager-focused discussion (via Skype or face-to-face depending on scheduling).
HR round — I completed a final HR conversation that could happen the same day or later over a call. Outcome: No offer reported; the process felt thorough and more conversation-based than algorithmic.
