Eli Lilly and Company Software Engineer interview experience

First there was an online test, then I joined a group discussion with the hiring manager, and after that there was at least one more round.

The group discussion required me to participate actively, and they also expected me to be comfortable with puzzle-like questions—something like practicing GFG puzzles came up as part of what I needed to handle. Overall it felt like a fairly standard campus sequence where they tested both problem solving and how I handled structured group interaction.
