Eightfold Software Engineer interview experience

First was a technical interview with an engineer that centered on a LeetCode-style medium-easy coding question. A little later, I had another similar call focused on the same kind of standard problem style, and then I moved into a behavioral interview with an engineering manager.

The whole thing felt average in difficulty—more about being able to solve typical coding prompts quickly than about anything wildly novel. The technical rounds also blended discussion with behavior: one of my rounds leaned about half behavioral and half technical, with the remaining parts still staying firmly
