My email outreach started normally, but the scheduling part quickly got weird.

After they sent an AI interview form, they ghosted me for a while even after a couple of follow-ups.

Eventually the application was fast-forwarded, but the round still didn’t happen until I chased again. The whole experience felt more like chasing logistics than progressing through a structured process.

I didn’t end up getting to a smooth, on-time interview sequence, and I left feeling frustrated by how little movement there was until I pushed the conversation forward myself. It made the process feel unreliable, even before I could really get into the evaluation.
