I came in through online outreach and a college-focused connection, and the early part of the process felt intentionally light.

They did a good job reaching out to students early and gave me a chance to get involved sooner than I expected, which made the whole start feel less intimidating.

Once I moved into the actual interview, it was straightforward and centered on my resume and what the work would look like. The interviewer was friendly, and the conversation stayed easy, more about learning where I came from than throwing complicated questions at me. I didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself left me feeling like the team was genuinely open and approachable.
